GHS wins, Valdez out for the season...

GHS claimed their first shut-out of the season.
A defense with few errors was dominant through-out the game while a struggling offense still managed to score 5.
Andrew Turner would start the fest with nice finish of a cross, he then went on to lob the ball over the keeper to score his 9th of the season. The defense held off every attempt of the visitors to score. Ryan Payne was swift in movement and speed allowing no chance for the desperate opponents.
Cristian Valdez had a collision with the captain of the opposing team, charly-horsed in the thigh he obtained a blood clot which should keep him on the sidelines for the rest of the season.
The Hurricanes desperately hope the Cuban left-midfielder recovers soon enough to play more.

The second half began with Franco scoring off a marvelous play that originated with Turner passing to Ben black who chopped it over 2 defenders to Franco who shot it past the keeper.
Jonah Dew would then score a beautiful goal, after a marvelous run he chipped it over the keeper who was off his line into the net. Noah Mckenzie would finish off the game with trademark goal. The Canes will play Eeasley and Westgate next week, Franco and Valdez will be absent but the team is confident that an easy win will be the result.
